As a proud NuyoRican born and raised in the streets of El Barrio, NYC, I have faced my fair share of challenges. But each challenge only fueled my fire to succeed and I went on to become the first in my family to graduate high school, college, and obtain an advanced degree (M.H.S. Pathologists’ Assistant). Needless to say, it has been one wild journey! Now, I'm happily married to the hardest working man I know and a proud Mami of four incredible children (3 girls and 1 boy).
